The bands touring activities throughout Europe in 2000 and 2010 has given the members of Viva, Peter and Marie Rappolt an opportunity to develop authenticity with their European music, in particular, Euro style Jazz, French and Spanish music

The band performed throughout South East Asia in 2004 and 2005 to huge audiences, they also appeared on Television on many occasions

Their tour of South America in 2014 gave them a deeper understanding of Argentine tango, Brazilian samba, Cuban traditional and Cuban salsa music plus New Orleans jazz styles

The band's singer, Corinne Andrew is also a session singer for Nylon Studios based in Cannes, New York and Sydney, Corinne's session work is aired on radio and TV in Australia and the USA

On the 7th October 2014 the Viva the duo recording of Minor Swing reached no 1 on N1M Australian top 100 charts and no 4 on the world top 100 charts. Minor swing has been no 1 on the N1M Charts for over 15 months (as of the first week in January 2016)

Our audiences enjoy the rare opportunity of our sharing music from our world travel experiences with them, listening to authentic music we developed from our tours of Europe, South East Asia and South America

We travelled throughout Asia and came across wonderful Korean musicians. see video Korea is the heritage of Dami Im, an Australian finalist performer at Eurovision

Noticeably our music is acknowledged and appreciated by people who have done some travelling themselves

We met Corinne Andrew (Corinne in feathers (photo right) at the Victoria room, Darlinghurst while we were performing there, we found to our delight she is a stunning and Internationally renowned French singer that fits well with the Duo, we have formed a collaboration with Corinne for gigs that require vocals or a cabaret performance

Picasso exhibition at the Art Gallery of NSW. Viva the trio (with Corinne Andrew) was chosen as a result of their success at the Sydney Fringe Festival to provide acoustic music live for a series of 3 weeks in February 2012 at the Art Cafe during the exhibition of Picasso masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris

Our three nights at the Art Cafe were a rousing success, we enjoyed a very enthusiastic audience!

Viva the trio recently performed at the Factory Theatre at Marrickville. It was a sellout concert with more than 600 people attending. The Sydney Morning Herald chose French Cabaret and Circus as "the best of stage" for June 2011
